HIV/Aids Education

In April 2011 we organized a HIV Aids Education program at Seotloana Primary School. Our team helped develop an educational HIV/Aids show which is geared at educating primary students via Dramas, music and a multimedia presentation. This show focuses on the dangers and prevention of HIV infection and has been extremely successful at reaching our target of educating and breaking down the stigma attached to the HIV/Aids pandemic. The program an hour long is centred on dramas, puppets, music and a multimedia presentation. We also hosted work shop for the school in the form of an essay competition and a prize giving ceremony conducted by our volunteers and judged by the school’s teachers. Prizes for this event were donated by a local Jet store.
